Day 3626 of the 7 day Bible verse challenge.

Ezekiel 36:26 NIV I contend that the oddity of faith is felt in that because of it we’re being made new within a world all but happy being lied to, leaving all of our new to feel quite the confusion as we’re counted for once outside all delusion. And in fact, the parts of us that are being made new along this journey into that ever-shifting seeking of something of further understanding in regard to both where we’re standing and too how we oughtn’t be so still inside of what is such less than life has come to suggest that within this new life lived outside the lies people cling to, we’re daily receiving new the parts and perspectives that none of us know how to comprehend, let alone convince others should make sense. No, in fact the things that He is in us making new are the very same as those many that this world is still holding tight to. Leaving me convinced that the difficulty of this walk is found within what is a life in fact so new that each and every day we find in Him only ever...

Jude 18 NIV Those found within as still mixed with those still lost without will come about to realize the reality of this rebellion as it’s one only overcome within a scant few who do not do as the rest seem intent to. For that is the promise as given us in His perfect way with words warning that within this world we would have trouble and that when it came we might remain assured of our faith in that it’s this world that He came and overcame. And that is a kindness, a compassion, a kind of continuing mercy that finds new ways within these darkened days to scream inside this silence a reminder of that most blessed hope found and felt in that promise that He’d left to lead that way, to be the Way toward that better place He’d made for us, made us for as well long before we made our way into the world and allowed this world into us. And that is the now perfect perplexity of this promise proven within such an encroaching vicinity that the venom and vitriol of those many still lost withou...

1 Corinthians 1:18 NIV While it seems upon the surface a fairly dire difference of opinion, when seen from within eyes opened by and thus to the truth, it’s actually hard to see it any other way. For this difference of opinion is one demanded and thus defined by a difference of perception so different due to a difference of perspective as designed inside a mankind so blind by doubt and disbelief that the only thing they seem to see anymore is just themselves and what all they want for themselves as curated by the considerations of everything they don’t want for themselves. Indeed, down here we’re all so delighted by self-delusion that we find it reasonable to walk in the shadows for the safety of hiding our inabilities to care to do better than we’ve become. And this is a matter obviously bound to make it seem reasonable to refuse the truth which sets such captives free, but also to refuse the presence of those walking free in accord with the truth that set them as such. Meaning then t...

1 Corinthians 2:14 NIV And of the sudden it seems perhaps we’ve seen the proverbial dividing line that the divine has drawn so as to both give us a way to walk but also to separate the many who won’t from the few who do. Because from down here within this place of permits and pretense it seems expected to ask permission before our doing anything that might come a wave which rocks most of the many boats of belligerent disbelief that have come to drift into this slipping asunder of every soul from the Father. And as such a socially standardized exhortation to a share of that communal indifference has come to become our share of that very blindness, we each are now able to see the many ways in which this world has waged war against this hope we now have anyway. For that is the benefit of our relentless chasing of the unrelenting One who came to find each of us lost sheep who perhaps, now looking back, wandered away from the right crowd for wrong reasons only to now in Him wander away from...

Day 3449 of the 7 day Bible verse challenge.

Matthew 7:18 NIV While within a world in which we’re judged by all manner of mankind’s maniacal misunderstandings, perhaps it’s best to simply do as called to and not really concern ourselves with this culture’s considerations. For as this world unravels and ravages itself in the process, a process proven via pride and popular platforms from which folks now scream everything they think without thinking it through, we’re only coming to see and thus understand that where we stand cannot be allowed to define who we are nor what we do even though so many here are so certainly given already unto that concession. Indeed, while we may truly walk amongst a many who live their lives looking for that limelight in which they’re loved by a world that knows nothing of the word, for they know nothing of the Word, we are called to then be all that this world cannot and does not and will not ever understand. No, we are here to stand upon a truth that confronts our human concessions in ways that allevi...

2 Corinthians 6:14 NIV That the sights and sounds of our current surrounds have come to inspire us to become as deaf and blind as this world’s long been is a matter no longer up for much debate on this side of that cross. For it’s such replication that Christ came to retrieve us from repeating anymore. He took our transgressions upon Himself that we might agree to lay them down and do something new with life, in life, for life as it were. Indeed, we are, in Christ, called to strive toward that new life He purchased through that tomb on our behalf. We are called to share in His suffering as seen and shown inside His carrying of our costs as we ourselves take up now a cross upon which we too lay down a life that a new may be received. Problem is that to do as the world doesn’t demands a degree of devotion that again, this world just doesn’t seem to have. So this leaves us left looking still at a world entirely familiar, a way of life we’ve always known, a life we’ve in many ways come to ...
