And yet perhaps this is why we all always seem so hesitant at best when it comes to this faith that demands so much as what’s indeed an entire life. I mean, it’s something that will continue to make little sense as it runs in stark contradiction unto our senses and sensations and the overall objectification of the both as is known unto all. We are a people who know only to seek our own flesh’s favor. And so whenever something so blatantly asks that we entirely stop doing that, it’s akin to dying itself. Which is kind of the point. It’s that in order for us to reach a better promise we’ve to at first peruse all we’ve pursued that doesn’t hold the same kind of profit. Isaiah 59:10 NIV The dead But thankfully for now just in our heart and in our head thanks to thoughts unthought about betters never bought as having ever been worth our having become. Rather we’ve instead become so cold and numb that we live as if dumb to what is the drum of life that beats inside the chest we have as if treasure itself as held inside a life to live in which we are alive, but barely at best. Yes, anymore our best is death in thoughts unknown of a life we’ve sewn into all we’ve known of the better we never were. My worry now is that never were is quickly becoming never will thanks to our continuing of the same paths and ponderings that have led us to where we still are. And indeed, that we are still where we have been, at least in some ways, this seems only to say that we’re not seemingly all that interested in the living aspect of life. Why? Because life lives.
