Psalm 34:8 NIV Our arrogance is truly a thing of horrific beauty. It causes us to walk through this land of the lost blazing past crumbling buildings and souls enslaved and see a paradise in which nothing is wrong. The ability to get everything wrong and yet remain convinced we're right is among our greatest, or rather worst accomplishments. Our prideful arrogance has led us to believing that all that's wrong is right while rendering us unable to see the deception contained within sin's lies. And as all that falsehood and foolishness roots its way deeper and deeper into our minds, we slowly find ourselves more comfortable in that which is wrong as we believe righteousness to be an unnecessary hindrance.
