Day 3625 of the 7 day Bible verse challenge.

2 Corinthians 3:18 NIV The unveiled faces of those unknown in places in which they’ve always been around still those who’ve always known those who they simply don’t recognize anymore. And the reason they won’t know us is because they don’t know Him. For such is the substance of a faithful existence as spent in what is a yoke of hope as carried for us by He who at times does the same. For indeed, we’ve all heard of those footprints in the sand left by a Man who came to carry our burden so that we might both share in His and in that find rest in knowing that He knows both where we’ve been but too then where we’re, in Him, now going. And yet it’s this going that finds us growing apart from being known by those who’ve always seemed willing to try. It’s just that we’re all bound to eventually find that such an effort is only undertaken for so long before those around us just agree to our “So long.” Been thinking about this in the wake of what we talked about yesterday in regard to what is i...

1 Peter 2:21 NIV For, “Do two walk together unless they have agreed to do so?” And is not this precisely what, as we discussed yesterday, our faith is supposed to be? You and me alone with He who is our King? Because, “Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up.” And this is exactly what Christ came down to do within what was a laying down a life in order that to whom much is given much is then offered in return. For faith is not at all a solitary venture in that, while it is a matter held in hope by one alone, said hope is held in another who is then the second with whom we thus walk yoked toward the perceived fulfillment of said hope. Problem is that faith is in fact quite a lonely venture as undertaken within a world vastly lacking in understanding as to both why and where this strange street leads as both won in Him whom the many cannot se...

Matthew 11:29 NIV “For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Alas, what is His burden, and too then what is this yoke? Well, to be yoked is to be elsewise tied or hastened together, either intrinsically or explicitly, in what is then an agreement in regard to both direction and too the purpose for said pursuit in said decision. It’s a matter measured within what is an accord, an understanding, a shared perspective as purchased upon a perfection proposal in which both of said yoked parties will reach their share of the shared reward at the end of whatever journey or jaunt for which together they’re tied. Indeed, it is much the same as a team of oxen sewn together by beams of woods and a little rope, ensuring that they work together at this common goal of such things as plowing a field or pulling a load. And yet this seems to fit rather amazingly with what we talked about yesterday in what was a post in regard to the verse just prior this. For it seems that this faith as found within ...

Matthew 11:28 NIV For it seems that somewhere along the line making a living became making a life in that anymore our works as done by us and thus for us are not seen as the dust and rust for which they run toward what is merely our ruin. And indeed, anymore it seems so sadly seen that so many live as if our task of making a living as defined within a world in which we’ve come to so collectively assume that our wages are our winnings as won within the wealth that apparently ensures everything from health to hearth are all but entirely more exciting and thus offered nearly the entirety of our faith and trust as given within hours and minutes stolen from Him. No, anymore we live as if what we hold or still hope to have is that in which we feel most alive in what is a life lived to strive for what we've not yet lain hold or proclaimed hope. Leaving then all further matters as measured by faith found only so beyond our feelings of excitement or expectation that we simply don't appe...

Isaiah 41:13 NIV Leaving then a right hand otherwise occupied a problem entirely too present to present us unto the promise for which He purchased our place upon that cross demanded of all that we’ve held or longed to hold a little longer. No, all such feeble fakery should have, by now, been long since nailed upon our own semblances of such substances as those crosses meant for crucifixions. For that is the meaning of His call unto all carrying those which look the same as that borne by Him but by our side as opposed to already raised upon that hill that you and I have not an eye that may ever see. Because the point of faith was never to be proven within what we’re so visually certain. Rather all of faith is a force meant to be felt within hearts that learn to inspire hands to empty themselves of all that’s previously emptied said hopes as housed in hearts. Yes, every human hope is a matter measured by the belief of a person as thus determined by the length of determination or distance...
